Regular Rates
To receive the best rate, online registration is highly recommended. Our discounted online rate is $50.00 for both days and $25 for a single day. Since we have a limited space we urge you to come early. This price give you access to the lectures and panels.

Student Rate
Students are the future and we highly encourage your participation. When you register online you will enjoy a 50% savings of the total registration fees. To receive these rate the registrar’s email should end with [.edu] from a known college or university. Also, know that this rate will cover for the two days. Those who will register in person will receive a 25% discount at the door. In person registrars MUST show their full time student ID from an accredited college or university. No student will be returned for lack of funds.

For ten high school seniors and junior college students, who can demonstrate great interest in Ethiopian Studies and academic excellence, the Ethiopian Institute for Nonviolence Education and Peace Studies will sponsor their conference entrance fee and lunch for both days. This will be handled on first come first bases only. We encourage you to send your application with your current transcript to info[at]eineps.org. This offer will expire on June 1st.

Group Rate
A Group Rate is available to those who will register up to 10 or more individuals to the conference. If your group is interested in participating in this, you will enjoy a 25% savings of the total registration fees.

Presenter Registration
Our presenters/panelists and moderators will receive a complimentary conference pass to attend all our conferece programs. Tsehai Conferences will automatically register our presenters/moderators. Name tags and other materials will be available at the registration table.

In addition, we encourage our panelists/moderators to register HERE and sign in to get access to some detailed instructional documents before the conference for their designated panels and how to's.

Press/Media Registration
Complimentary press registrations are available provided the representative includes the proper press credentials and a copy of their press sample. This conference press pass will entitle you to attend all panels and social events being held during the event.
In accepting this press pass, the recipient also agrees to provide tear sheets/electronic copies of published articles within 30 days of the conference. For those who won’t comply with this agreement, we will not extend this privilege in our upcoming conferences.

If you would like to exhibit your products and/or services at Tsehai Conferences, please contact us at info[at]tsehaiconferences.com. Please write ‘Tsehai: Exhibitor Registration’ on the subject of your email. If you are a registered exhibitor, please register online.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be received in writing. If received before 05 June 2008, only a $25 processing fee will be incurred. No portion of your registration will be refunded after 20 June 2008.

Substitutions from the same family are welcome at no additional fee. Please let us know in advance via email and bring a copy of proof of address for both parties. No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.

In the unlikely event that Tsehai Conference should have to cancel this event, we will refund all conference attendees for the amount paid for the conference, but is not responsible for any attendees' other related expenses, including hotel and travel.
